Email Lists

Adding an email list.

Email Lists allow you to set up groups of email addresses to be used for sending files or shared folder invitations.

To use an email list, start typing the name of the email list into any email field. When you see the matching list in the auto-complete option, click on it or press the Enter key to select the list. Email list names appear in green in your email field.

Viewing Email Lists

Viewing existing email lists.

Your email lists can be viewed on the Account page:

1. Click the My Account button in the main toolbar.

2. Click the EMAIL LISTS tab.

Your lists will appear, alphabetized by list name. Click the + symbol to the left of each list name to expand the list and view the email addresses in the list.

Email lists are stored separately for each user.

To create a new email list, first access your email lists on the account page.

1. Click the ADD NEW LIST button.

2. Enter a name for your list (this is what you will see in other screens).

3. Enter a list of email addresses (up to 40) in the field.

4. Click the CREATE LIST button.

Renaming Email Lists

You can change the name of your email list, which will change how it appears when you are entering email addresses in various screens throughout the system.

To change the name of a list:

1. Move your cursor over the name of the list until the word “Rename” appears to the right of the name.

2. Click on the rename link.

3. Enter the new name for the list.

4. Click the save link.

To add addresses to a list:

1. Display the email list details by clicking the + symbol.

2. Enter additional email addresses in the Add Someone field.

3. Click the ADD TO LIST button.

To remove an address from a list:

1. Display the email list details by clicking the + symbol.

2. Move your cursor over the address you want to delete.

3. Click the small trashcan icon.

To delete an email list from the system:

1. Click on My Account from the left navigation bar.

2. Click on Email Lists from the top tabs.

3. Click on the small trash can icon to the right of the list's name.
