ExaVault has never -- and will never -- sell or share your data. You're opted out of the sale of personal information by default.
Individuals can request disclosure and/or deletion of their personal data after verifying their identity.
While ExaVault has limited direct collection of consumer data, we work hard to make sure that the data you upload is protected.
Our standard Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum cover nearly all cases for both the EU and the UK. If your business needs a custom DPA, though, we are able to help as part of our Enterprise Services.
We work with a number of Tier-1 companies to provide our services. Each of these companies is vetted by ExaVault to ensure that they comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act.
ExaVault works with the service providers shown here:
The state of California has strengthened their residents' rights to privacy by passing the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).
Even though the CCPA only applies to California residents, we are committed to complying with this state law. All of our clients -- regardless of where they do business -- can rest assured that they are compliant when using ExaVault.
