Support Tickets

The support tickets page includes a list of every support ticket for your account.

To navigate to the support tickets page, log in to the client area and click the Open Tickets button.

Opening a New Support Ticket

Opening a new support ticket in the ExaVault Client Area.

Every time you email, or, a support ticket is created automatically. This allows both you and us to keep track of any questions or troubles that you might have with your account.

To open a new support ticket from this page, just click the Submit New Ticket link on the left side of the page. You'll be presented with a page that allows you to instantly send us a message.
