July 2020: This month we have been in high gear working behind the scenes on new developments we plan to unveil later this year. We’re also showcasing some new SFTP videos and are still looking for some talented individuals to join our team. But first, an introduction to those team members who have recently joined ExaVault.
Welcome our newest team members! John, Jordan, and Oliver have joined our team, and we’re happy to have them on board.
John is from the Philippines and does market research. Right now, he’s focused on looking for something that would help us provide an improved service to all of our customers.
“I’m a vocalist of a hardcore band that speaks about hope and life experience.”– John
Jordan is working from his home in Portland, Oregon. He is on our DevOps team, working to improve things so the team can worry about making instead of breaking.
“My wife and I are working on national park passports. Last year we took a two-hour ferry ride out to Dry Tortugas. We’ve visited most of the parks in the southwest and east coast.”– Jordan
Oliver joins us from Austin, Texas, and will be filling our newly created Senior Product Manager role. He is doing his best to listen to what customers and teammates are saying, working to turn that into super awesome software.
“I’m a fledgling powerlifter who uses that as a convenient excuse to spend the rest of my time on the couch, so I’m not wasting energy.” – Oliver
We’re a virtual company with a team of talented individuals working from home. And we’re still looking for a few more people to add to our team. If you know somebody that might be a good fit, please email our CEO directly to make a recommendation — email@example.com.
Current openings include a Customer Success Engineer and a UI/UX Designer + Developer:
It’s time to step on the gas, and we’re building out our customer success team. Do you know anybody that’s got great problem-solving chops, and loves helping customers?
Do you know somebody that can put together some mad UX, but also has the ability to actually build what they design?
Check out our current job listings for all the details.
Check out our newest videos for a breakdown of SFTP vs. FTPS, and an overview of the benefits of SFTP as a service.
When looking to set up an FTP server, there are two basic options: DIY vs. Hosted. Get an overview of these options in our recent blog post — How to Set Up an FTP Server. Obviously, we’ve got you covered with a hosted account or can help you get set up with one quickly. And please feel free to share with any partners who don’t use ExaVault.
