Multi-Factor Authentication + a Fresh Look for Our Site

This month we’ve got a few big announcements. First, multi-factor authentication is now available for our web application. Second, we’ve been working on designing and developing a completely updated experience for our website. Get more information on what’s new below.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Get an additional layer of security when using our web application-- users can now set up multi-factor authentication on their ExaVault account. If you want to keep your account as safe as possible, Admin users can also change account preferences to require multi-factor for all users logging in via the web application.

To set up Multi-Factor on your account:

  1. Log in.
  2. Click the My Account icon on the left.
  3. Scroll down in the Preferences tab.
  4. Select Setup MFA.
  5. Download an Authenticator App. (We recommend Google Authenticator or Authy.)
  6. Scan the QR code.
  7. Enter verification code.
  8. Select Next and continue following the prompts.
  9. Re-login and provide the additional authentication.

Update Your Payment Method

Looking to simplify your billing? It’s easy to set up ACH for recurring payments, especially for annual billing cycles. Make the switch online now, or contact us for assistance.

To set up ACH payments for your account follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Click the Unpaid Invoices box.
  3. Click on any unpaid invoice in the list of invoices.
  4. Change the Payment Method dropdown to “ACH Bank Transfer.”
  5. Fill out the form with your account information.
  6. Once you fill out the form, submit the payment. Your data is encrypted and stored for future payments.
