“Always be improving.” We here at ExaVault live by this mantra. With some of our changes this month, we’re making it easier to manage your account and resend user welcome emails.
How Do I Manage My Account?
As longtime users know, we have separate systems for managing your account(s) with us (the Client Area) and managing your files (SWFT). It’s been the source of more than a little confusion. We’re taking a simple step to clear things up today: now, when you look inside the Account section in SWFT, you’ll see a new Billing & Subscription tab. It’s got quick links to get to your invoices, update your billing information, and more.
We hope you won’t have to use that last option.
New User Improvements
It’s not the sexiest thing of all time, but I guarantee you someone is about to jump up in their chair and exclaim “YES!” If you manage users, you can now resend their welcome email (for those people who claim ‘they didn’t get it.’) In addition, those users can set their passwords if they haven’t already done so.

Help is Always With You
Did you know that the ‘Help’ button that stands alone at the top right inside of the web interface can give you help for the screen you are looking at? It’s true — the help button is very helpful. If you ever want to know what something means, give the help button a click and prepare to be illuminated.
