We will be performing our monthly ExaVault code release this Saturday, February 1st, 2020 between 9a.m. PST and 5p.m. PST. In addition to our normal round of software improvements, we’ll be doing some server software and network security updates.
We don’t expect these updates to cause any downtime, but we wanted to give you a heads-up as there might be some brief blips in connectivity when the server and network updates are applied. Short connections (those generally under a minute or two) will probably not notice any interruptions. Longer-lasting and persistent connections may lose connectivity and may need to be manually restarted.
Our maintenance window is scheduled for 9a.m. to 5p.m. PST (5p.m. – 1a.m. GMT) on Saturday. We will post a status message on our website during the maintenance window. If we need to provide any additional information, updates will be posted there as well.
