Yes. All of our plans are available on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time. Please note that if you cancel in the middle of your billing period, you will not receive a credit for unused portion of the billing period.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time and will not be charged a fee. Account changes are processed immediately via our online Client Area.
No. There is no setup fee when creating a new account. Accounts are setup instantly 24 hours a day.
No. Your trial account is exactly the same as our paid accounts and include full support from our engineering department.
To help keep our costs low, we require electronic payment (via credit card or Paypal) for all payments less than $1000. If you are paying more than $1000, we can accept a check, ACH payment or wire transfer. Please contact us for details.
Yes. Advanced and Enterprise plans allow you to add on 1 TB for an additional monthly fee.
We've priced our plans very aggressively, and we believe you won't be able to find anything else comparable in the market. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer any additional discounts for students or non-profits.
