ExaVault services will be offline for a period of approximately five hours starting at 4pm PDT on Saturday, April 29, 2017. We'll be performing server upgrades in our data center during this time. 

These upgrades will: 

  • Improve speeds and overall performance
  • Enable support for the TLS 1.2 protocol for improved security
  • Upgrade our core network infrastructure with new switching gear from Juniper


Our maintenance window is scheduled for 4pm to 9pm PDT (11pm to 4am GMT). There will only be intermittent connectivity to the file and account servers during this time.
