Clients connecting with FileZilla will occasionally experience errors such as the following message:
Response:> 530 Sorry, the maximum number of clients (15) from your host are already connected.
This can often be made worse with slow connections such as overseas data lines.
To resolve, you can optimize a few settings in FileZilla. This will help alleviate issues where dropped connections are reset by FileZilla – but not recognized by the server as being dropped.
To begin, click the Edit menu and then click Settings to access configuration options. If you make changes on any settings page, be sure to click the OK button to save the changes.
