Managing Your Account
Welcome to the ExaVault Account Management wiki. In these pages, you can find out how to make the most of your ExaVault account.

- These pages are for managing your account (e.g. changing your contact info, obtaining invoices, etc.)
- If you need to learn how to transfer files, please see the Uploading & Downloading tutorials.
- If you need to learn how to set up users, please see the Setting up Users tutorial.

Using the Client Area

If you can't remember the password that you used to set up the account, you can use the forgotten password link or send a message to support@exavault.com.
Once you are logged in, there are several pages that you can use to manage your account, update your contact info, review invoices we've sent for your service, and the like.

Client Details
To access the client details section, click the green Update button on the left side of the home page.
In the client details section, you can:
- Change the primary contact and login for your account.
- Securely add or edit the credit card associated with your account.
- Add additional contacts to your account. Additional contacts can receive copies of billing and other important messages. For example, you might travel frequently and would like someone to be notified if your account is overdue.
- Update the security question associated with your account.

Accounts
In the Accounts section, you can:
- Access your FTP account through ExaVault web file manager.

Invoices
You can view, print and download your entire history of invoices on the Invoice page. You can also update your credit card info and add pre-paid credit to your account.

Tickets
On the tickets page, you can see every support ticket you've ever submitted.
- This is useful when you need to reference an answer from a previous question.
- You can also open a new ticket in the Tickets section.

Ordering New Services
If you'd like to add another account to your existing service, then the order page is the place you'll want to visit.

Managing Your Credit Card
If you need to update the credit card information tied to your subscription, visit the Credit Card Details page.
Announcements
From time to time, we will announce new features, upcoming maintenance, and other events. We'll post these messages in the Recent News section (we'll also send you an email).
