Blank Page Appears

If you got a blank screen or an image of a spinning gear when you tried to log in to your account or while using the ExaVault web interface, you may need to clear out your web settings for ExaVault.

To clear out any web settings for ExaVault in the web browser:

1. In the address bar of your browser, go to “Accountname” is the name of your account. For example, “” or “”.

2. Press the Enter key. This will reset the items stored about ExaVault on your computer and you will be redirected to the login page.

3. Log back in to your account with your username and password. After you log in successfully you will see all files and folders saved in your account.

If you used the reset, but still get the 404 or blank page, check your internet connection or contact our support.
