If you need any help in using our service, click the Help button on the toolbar and use the tips for your question. All ExaVault Tutorials are available for you there. Any time you can search needed topics using the link Change Topics.

At the bottom of your ExaVault account, you can find Announcements link. It includes the last news about new ExaVault features and events.

Support tickets

Everyone who uses the ExaVault file manager can send us a message in the Client area. When they do:

If you can't find your answer, go to the Contact page and schedule a webinar. You just need to pick a day and time to talk with a support engineer.
