Account Usage

Admin users have access to the Account Usage reports. These reports provide an overview of account activity related to various limits that, when exceeded, can cause interruptions in your service.

To access your Account Usage reports:

1. Log in as an admin user.

2. Click the Activity button on the main toolbar.

3. Click on the ACCOUNT USAGE tab.

Account Storage

The Account Storage status bar displays the amount of data currently stored on your account and the maximum data storage available.

Troubleshooting Large Disk Storage:

  • The quickest option for creating more storage is to delete files that are no longer needed.
  • To set an email alert when your account is nearing its total storage, enable the Disk Usage Notification setting.
  • If there are no files that can be removed, you may need to consider upgrading your account space.

Users

This bar displays the number of users currently created for your account and the maximum number of users available.

  • Pending on your current count and needs, review the user controls for options to add new, remove excess, or edit other permissions related to your users.
  • For accounts with unlimited users, you will see the Request more link. Use this link to connect with ExaVault customer service and increase your overall user count should the need arise.

Transactions Report

Transaction report details.

The Transaction Report provides you with information for monitoring your account transaction activity.

This report includes:

  • A link to our Daily Transaction Limit page with additional information on transactions and troubleshooting.
  • The current daily limit assigned to your account and the option to upgrade to increase the number of available transactions.
  • A status bar showing you your total transactions in twenty-four (24) hours prior to the current time compared to your overall daily transaction limit.
  • Option to display a month (30 days) or a day (24 hours) of activity in the transaction graph.
  • The transaction graph displays activity based on the time zone set on your account:
    - When Last 30 days is selected, each bar represents one day of activity for the past month.
    - When Last 24 hours is selected, each bar represents one hour of activity for the last day.
  • Last Updates shows the time that passed since the data on the page was last updated. The page is updated hourly.

If your account exceeds your daily transaction quota, activities on the account will queue and login attempts may fail until the account falls back under the daily limit. Visit the Daily Transaction Limit page for more information and troubleshooting advice.

Bandwidth Report

Bandwidth report details.

The Bandwidth Report provides you with information for monitoring your account bandwidth activity.

This report includes:

  • A link to our Bandwidth Limit page with additional information on bandwidth and troubleshooting advice.
  • The current monthly limit assigned to your account and the option to upgrade.
  • A status bar showing you your total bandwidth in the thirty (30) days prior to the current time compared to your overall monthly bandwidth limit.
  • Option to display a month (30 days) or a day (24 hours) of activity in the bandwidth graph.
  • The bandwidth graph displays activity based on the time zone set on your account:
    - When Last 30 days is selected, each bar represents one day of activity for the past month; prior to the current time.
    - When Last 24 hours is selected, each bar represents one hour of activity for the last day; prior to the current time.
  • Last Updates shows the time that passed since the data on the page was last updated. The page is updated hourly. If the last updated time is greater than one hour, refresh the page to get the most up-to-date results.

If your account continually exceeds your bandwidth quota and no action is taken to correct this issue, your account may be at risk of suspension. Visit the Bandwidth Limit page for more information and troubleshooting advice.
