Quota Notifications

Your ExaVault account has several limits based on the current service you have selected. Enabling disk usage and/or transaction usage notifications will inform you when you need to take action to prevent your account from encountering interruptions.

Storage Limit

  • When your storage limit is reached, you will not be able upload new data until your account is below your plan's current storage limit.
  • You will need to delete files to free up space or process an upgrade for additional storage.
  • To view your current storage, log in as an admin and visit the Account Usage page.
  • To set a notification for when you are nearing your Storage Limit, log in as an admin and update the Account Settings page. The notification will be sent to the email address assigned to the primary user on the account.

Daily Transaction Limit

  • Your account is monitored for total transactions in a 24-hour period. If you exceed that limit, users will not be able to connect with your account until you drop below your transaction limit.
  • Visit our Daily Transaction Limit page for additional information and troubleshooting.
  • To view your current transactions, log in as an admin and visit the Account Usage page.
  • To set a notification for when you are nearing your Daily Transaction Limit, log in as an admin and update the Account Settings page. The notification will be sent to the email address assigned to the primary user on the account.
