It’s been a few months since we updated you on the latest at ExaVault. We wanted to take the opportunity and let you know some of the exciting things happening here. It’s more than just embedable shared folders and improved help messaging.
Two New ExaVault Members
We’ve had two new members join us these past couple of months, Amy and Thomas.Amy joins our support team with more than 15 years experience supporting applications and keeping the gears running. If you have a chance to interact with her, know that she’s the one with the laptop on our about us page. She works hard to make sure you get the support you need when you need it. Thomas comes to our marketing team with more than 7 years experience in online marketing. He’s working hard to get the word out about our service. There’s a guy on the about us page with a thumb in the air and an awkward smile. That’s him!
Improved Groups Interface
We’ve updated the groups interface when working with our Send Files feature. Now you can manage your groups and the permissions for that group. If you need to send information often to a group of people, the groups interface will help you streamline that process. You can manage your groups on the right hand side when working with the Send Files area of the tool.
Embedable Shared Folders & File Drop
We’ve had a lot of feedback requesting additional rebrandability. We’ve recently released the ability to embed any shared folder within any web page. We’ll be sharing more about the full capabilites of this new option in the future, but take a moment to try out the new feature now, especially the new “file drop” permission. The file drop lets you create an upload-only window into your shared folder within your site, making collaboration with your clients that much easier!
Improved User Help Messaging
We continue to try and make the process of storing, sharing, and sending files online a straight forward and enjoyable experience. We’ve added new areas within the tool to help you understand how to do some of the most common tasks. If you see a link that says “help with this page?”, click it and find all the great information on how to use the page you’re looking at. We would love to hear your feedback on our new capabilities. As always, if you have any questions or concerns please contact us at email@example.com
