New Chrome Uploader and Improved Share Tracking

It’s the holiday season, and that means it’s the perfect time for uploading some new features! Support for uploading folders, improved access to history, and email invoices.

Uploading With Chrome Just Got Easier

One of our most requested features is support for uploading entire folders, without having to use Java. For Chrome users, this dream is now a reality — Chrome users can now add Folders to the upload queue either by clicking the Add Folders button, or simply by dragging the folder and dropping it in the upload queue.

More Ways to Access History Details for Shares and Receives

For File Manager enthusiasts, we’ve made it easier to access the History details for Shares and Receives. You can now access the History for Shared and Receive folders via the File Manager by bringing up the context menu on the folder and selecting the Sharing Details option.

Have Your Invoice Sent Directly to Your Email Inbox

Ever find yourself wondering how you can obtain your invoice? Though you can obtain your invoice in the usual way by logging into the Client Area, many of you have requested that invoices be sent to their email inbox directly. Well now this is possible, thanks to our developers (with a little push from our Support staff). To configure this option for your account, you can do the following:

  • Log into the Client Details section of the Client Area with your email and password
  • In the Client Details tab, tick the checkbox labeled Auto-Email Most Recent Paid Invoice and save changes

We would love to hear from you!

As always your feedback is very important to us. After all, our best ideas for ExaVault come from people like you who actually use it. What kinds of features are missing that would make your life easier? Is there something you HATE about SWFT? Keep us in the loop. All of your feedback sent to is shared directly with our developers.
