Limited Support – Week of December 24th

Have a holly, jolly, merry, cheerful, FTP filled week.

There will be no phone or chat support next week (starting December 24th, 2018). Phone and chat support will be available again starting January 2nd. Don’t worry, we’ll be keeping an eye on support tickets and have engineers on-call to assist with any critical issues.

We wish you all the best during this holiday season – great food, family, traditions and whatever else brings you joy.

It’s been a successful year in the FTP and file sharing world. Our recent work has been focused on getting our new interface rolled out. As a reminder, we’ll be swapping all ExaVault accounts over to the new streamlined interface through January 2019.

If your account has already swapped over, we hope the improved web file manager is making it even easier for you to send and share files. If you haven’t swapped over, check your account for a message letting you know when the account will be automatically updated to the new interface.
