• Is there a setup fee?

  No, there is no setup fee when creating a new account. Accounts are setup instantly 24 hours a day.

• Do I need a credit card to sign up?

  We require a credit card when signing up for an account, including our free trial accounts. If you signup for a free trial, your card will not be charged until the end of your trial.

• Can I change my plan later on?

  You can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime and will not be charged a fee. Upgrades are processed immediately via our online Client Area.

• Can I cancel my account at any time?

  Yes, all of our plans (except the 1GB and 2.5GB plans) are available on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time. Please note that if you cancel in the middle of your billing period, you will not receive a credit for unused portion of the billing period.

• Can I use your 90 day account for a short term project?

  Yes, if you need file sharing or collaboration space for less than 90 days, we invite you to signup for our free account and cancel before you convert to a paid account. However, please note that we limit the free accounts to one per person, so if you need to space a second time you'll need to purchase a paid account.

• Do your free accounts have any limitations?

  No, our 90-day free accounts are exactly the same as our paid accounts, and include full support from our engineering department.
