The Emails page is similar to tickets in that it is a record of every message we have ever sent you. However unlike tickets, our automated system may also email you with messages such as

• Password reminders.
• Invoice reminders.
• New account signup messages.
• Upgrade and downgrade confirmation messages.

To navigate to the Emails page, just click the 'Emails' link at the top of every Client Area page.

To view an email, click on the subject line for the email. A pop-up window will show you the email
