Every time you email support@exavault.com, billing@exavault.com, and even sales@exavault.com a support ticket is created automatically. This allows both you and us to keep track of any questions or troubles that you might have with your account.

You can also open support tickets on this page. Just click the 'Submit New Ticket' link at the top of the page. You'll be presented with a page that allows you to instantly send us a message.
