Within the Account Details page, you can change the master password that you use for your account. Please note that this password is only used to access your FTP space; the Client Area password can be different. If you need to change the Client Area password, please see the Client Details page.

It's been said before, but a word about strong passwords is still worth mentioning:

  • Use at least one UPPER CASE letter.
  • Use at least one number.
  • Use at least one ch@rac+&r.
  • Change your password periodically.
  • Avoid using pets names, favorite foods, family birthdays, and other easy to guess passwords.
Canceling Your Account

To cancel your account, please use the 'Request Cancellation' link from the Account Details page.

Changing the Disk Space for Your Account

You can change your account size on the Accounts page. Just click the Upgrade/Downgrade Account hyperlink. In just a few mouse clicks your account will be automatically adjusted.

When you change your account size:

  • You'll receive a credit for the unused portion of your current account.
  • That credit will be applied to the new account.
  • Your next renewal date will not change.

If you are currently paying with PayPal, you'll need to cancel your current subscription. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow subscriptions to be changed.
