ExaVault supports 'download-only' users, which let your clients download (but not upload or delete) files from your account.

To setup a download only user:

1. Login to SWFT as the main account User or as an admin user.
2. Click the Users button on the toolbar.
3. Click the Add New User button.

1. Enter the nickname, username, email and password for the user.
2. Switch to the permissions section of the user setup screen
3. Change the role drop-down to read “User - set permissions below”
4. Turn off all user permissions except “Share and send files” and “See files and folders.”

Your user will be able to login and download files.
