One of the core requirements with SWFT was to make it simple and easy for users to get professional help. We're also interested in how you think SWFT could be better. To that end, we've integrated a message window within SWFT.

Everyone who uses SWFT (Users, link recipients, and shared folder recipients) can send us a message. When they do:
- The message will create a ticket will be linked to your account.
- We will reply to that ticket – and anyone you've specified to receive support tickets (including the account primary) will receive a copy of the response.
