Feedback and Help
When something goes wrong for your users, it should be easy to get help fast. If you've got great ideas for how SWFT could be better, we want to hear them. To that end, we've integrated a message window within SWFT.

Just click the “feedback” link at the top of the page!
Everyone who uses SWFT (users, link recipients, and shared folder recipients) can send us a message. When they do:
- The message will create a ticket, which will be linked to your account.
- We will reply to that ticket – and anyone you've specified to receive support tickets (including the account primary) will receive a copy of the response.
But I don't see a Feedback link!
If you have used the rebranding options for your account, the feedback link will not be visible to people using your site.
